Our Story
Platinum Global Enterprise was founded by Angela Blunt, a visionary entrepreneur with a passion for travel, culture, and creating unforgettable experiences. As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and business operations, Angela recognized a significant gap in the travel industry—Black travelers were often overlooked in luxury and cultural tourism.
Angela’s journey began with a deep love for food, wine, and exploration, which she frequently shared with friends and family. Her experience working for a well-respected travel company exposed her to the industry's lack of authentic, high-end travel experiences that catered to Black travelers. Despite presenting a marketing plan designed to connect Black travelers with rich cultural and community-based experiences worldwide, leadership failed to embrace the vision fully. This inspired Angela to take matters into her own hands.
Determined to fill this void, she launched Platinum Global Enterprise, a travel company dedicated to curating luxury experiences that celebrate Black culture while supporting Black-owned businesses. Through exclusive itineraries, personalized service, and immersive cultural connections, Platinum Global Enterprise creates meaningful journeys that go beyond tourism—offering travelers a sense of belonging, discovery, and empowerment.
